Leanna Chroman chose to pursue an online college education through Purdue Global for herself and for her company, but it was about much more than that.
From her earliest days as a server at Huse Culinary’s first Harry & Izzy’s location in downtown Indianapolis, Chroman’s deep concern for others stood out as a defining trait. That quality helped her advance to become Huse Culinary’s vice president of culture and learning. It also motivated her to enroll in Purdue Global’s industrial/organizational psychology program, knowing that what she learns there can help her improve her colleagues’ training and everyday work experiences.
Everybody wins, according to Craig Huse, the company’s co-owner and CEO. “At the end of the day,” he says, “Huse Culinary is going to be in a much better position, a much better organization, because of her experience at Purdue Global.”
