Amy Boyle saw value in a Purdue Global degree to help move her career forward. She’s sharing how earning an online master’s degree has contributed to success.

I knew that moving forward in my career meant being responsible for individuals at increasingly higher levels. As the associate vice president of talent in human resources at Purdue University, my role has helped me connect with the most amazing people. I wanted to learn leadership skills and business components that could help me better assist them.

I decided to earn my Master of Business Administration so that I would continue to evolve. Whether it’s an undergraduate degree, graduate degree or a couple of classes to increase knowledge, coming back to school is worth it.

The classes that I took gave me the right insight for those conversations with individuals, departments and companies.
