President Mitch Daniels Visits Purdue Polytechnic High School South Bend

Purdue University President Mitch Daniels visited Purdue Polytechnic High School (PPHS) South Bend campus to connect with the PPHS community and Boilermakers in South Bend, Indiana. Purdue University is committed to the mission of reinventing the high school education experience. PPHS serves as a pipeline to Purdue for students in the state of Indiana who are underserved by traditional high schools and underrepresented in higher education.

Now with three locations, PPHS is innovating in education by providing STEM-focused, hands-on, student-driven learning to students in Indianapolis and South Bend. With 40 members of the first graduating class at PPHS enrolling at Purdue, PPHS is already serving as a pipeline to Purdue, a key part of the school system’s mission.
